College of International Communication is one of the 20 colleges of China Three Gorges University. According to the guidance of the university ' s internationalized strategy and policy, the college has established cooperation relationship with more than
60 universities (colleges) in America, England, Australia, France, Germany, Japan, Korea, Russia, Austria, Ukraine, Canada, etc.. The college has already sent
more than 100 students to study in England, Korea, Denmark
and so on, and some students to study for master degree in France. At present there are
more than 100 Chinese students studying under the 2+2
Undergraduate Program, SQA HND Program, and 3+2 Master
Program. Over 400 international students are studying in
CTGU. And the number will increase every year.
Majors:
The college has launched Chinese-foreign cooperation in the specialty of International Finance and Accounting and Mass Medias with South Bank University and University of Wales Swansea successively. International Finance and Accounting: the main courses include Numeracy & IT, Quantitative Techniques, Business Economics, Financial Accounting, Management Accounting and People Management, etc.. Mass Media: the main courses include Introduction to Media Communication, Fundamentals of Computer, Communication & Creative Practice, Introduction to Journalism, News Writing and Reporting, Introduction to Film Studies, Introduction to Media History, Film and Philosophy, etc..
